-Female, full-time employed (we’ll ask for references and proof of employment)

-Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces

-Happy to live in a peaceful home with clear house rules

🚫 House Rules (Please Read Before Applying):

-No guests allowed at any time (this is non-negotiable)

-Clean up after yourself – keep the home as tidy as you find it

-Bills are included, but fair usage applies (no personal electric heaters, crypto mining, etc. – we use scheduled gas central heating)
