Double Room in Wimbledon (feels like home)

Hello, I'm Cheska and I'm looking for a lovely human to be my housemate in this tidy and cosy flat. Looking for someone I can get on with as there are no other housemates. The flat is full of plants and decorated to make you feel at home.

LOCATION
4 mins walk from Wimbledon station which has the best transport links (district line tube, trains, buses and trams, 15 min regular fast trains to Waterloo). It's just off Wimbledon high street which has great supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and shops. Also a 20min walk to the lovely Wimbledon Common where you can get lost in forest and nature. To me, Wimbledon feels safe at night compared to other places I’ve lived in London.

THE ROOM
The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, beside table and clothes rail. It has a beautiful, large, modern sash window overlooking green gardens.

THE FLAT
A first floor flat with large kitchen with space to dine, shower room with a bench that overlooks the garden (feels a bit like a balcony) and separate toilet, no living room. Lots of plants, a fish called Donald Glover, smart speakers in the kitchen and coloured wifi controlled lighting throughout the flat.

LOOKING FOR
Ideally looking for a woman/non-binary person who is clean and tidy, a good communicator, and someone who loves a harmonious home.

THE FLATMATE
Me! I work freelance in music and events, and love to go climbing, dancing and to gigs and exhibitions. I like nature and grow tomatoes on the windowsill in summer.

DETAILS
£850 per month, with a one month rent as a deposit. Includes bills as well as internet. Move in from 12th November.
