We are looking for a female young professional to take over the tenancy who will fit in well with the other flatmates. The house is very spacious and homely, with lots of room to work from home in the downstairs office space. Ive lived here for over a year now and am only leaving due moving in a close friends new flat.

The house has 4 double rooms (one en-suite), large bathroom upstairs (pictured - you’ll be sharing with 2 others), toilet downstairs, kitchen, separate living area, office space and laundry room.

The room comes unfurnished, but there is an option to keep and pay a little extra for the bed/mattress, drawers and bedside table if needed.
