We have a bright room available in our lovely home in central Wimbledon as our flatmate has found a place to rent with her boyfriend. The current room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and small desk.

We are 30 and 29 year old working professionals working in public relations and graphic design. We get on really well and whilst we're both busy professionals we can often be found chilling in the living room watching movies, sharing a love of food or a glass of wine. The flat truly is a home as opposed to simply a house share.

We're looking for someone who is sociable, happy to hang out at home or up for an evening out, but who also has their own independent life, as we do ourselves.

The available room has one wardrobe and a double bed as well as lots of natural light and additional storage space in the flat - including a full cupboard in the hall.

There is a communal green space outside the flat where we can be found lunching in the warmer months. South Park Gardens, Wimbledon Common and Morden Hall Park are all a short walk away.

The flat is situated in a brilliant, very central location. It's about a five minute walk to Wimbledon Station which has the District Line, Tram and Overground (straight to Waterloo) and we're about a 15 minute walk to South Wimbledon tube station (Northern line). We're also a five minute walk away from local supermarkets (Morrison's, Tesco, Waitrose, M&S) and lots of great restaurants, bars, cinemas and gyms.
