Double en-suite in Wimbledon

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in a spacious Wimbledon flat.
The room is a double en-suite and will be available from 14 August.
You’d be living with me, a 26yo who works as a journalist and usually likes to keep a routine during the week but is up to pretty much anything in the weekends.
The room is a proper double and unfurnished. It has plenty of space for someone who works from home and a very spacious, three-door wardrobe. There is a closet in the entrance, not pictured, and a garage, which serve as space for more storage if you needed it. Bills amount to around £175/month, with the usual increase in the winter.
The flat is a 15min walk from Wimbledon station (zone3), where you can get to anywhere in Central London within an hour via District Line, SWR and Thameslink. South Wimbledon station (Northern line) is a brisk 25min walk/15min bus away. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away from the flat with two night bus routes.
There is a small, communal green space under the flat and a garage.
