Lovely room in two bed Wimbledon flat

My housemate is moving out so there's a double room available in a two-bedroom flat in Wimbledon.

It's about 10/15 mins walk from Wimbledon Station and Wimbledon Park Station. There's also a great bus route right outside the flat which can get you to loads of places including the Northern line.

Bills come to around £150 each and are all in my name so you'd just end up transferring me £850 each month total. The first month would be a part payment. Council tax is band B.

I’m a chilled-out, friendly person who likes to live in a relaxed environment. I work in the office from Monday to Friday, so would be ideal to find someone who has a similar schedule.
