This flat is spaced across two floors. On the first floor a spacious living room and kitchen with access to an outside roof terrace area. There is also a downstairs toilet perfect for when people are visiting.

Upstairs are the two double bedrooms as well as a large storage cupboard which fits two clothes rails easily = this storage comes with the room available.

Both rooms are en-suite.

The flat itself has been re-fitted and re-decorated within the last three years and is clean, bright and modern. Landlord and property managers are also really helpful and easy to deal with.

The building is quiet and neighbours tend to keep to themselves but are friendly when you bump into them.

Access to the flat is down a well-lit, quiet road just off Wimbledon Broadway (very central) with other residences and businesses overlooking the road so it feels very safe.

Flat mate is a 33-year old female professional who occasionally travels for work. I enjoy socialising, exercising, a visit to a good coffee shop and pub but also enjoy a good quiet night in and my own space.

Easy going but hardworking, I'm looking for a flat mate with a similar demeanour and someone who is also clean and enjoys living in a nice home. If you like wine and a good laugh, that would also be great!
