Hello girlies!

We have a small double room available in Wimbledon and we are looking for a young female professional like us to join us! The room is furnished (with big wardrobe and chest of draws located outside room.) The bed is a custom made double with a lot of room under the bed for storage. Rent is £460pcm - which is an unreal deal in this economy!!

💗 The house is a lovely 4 bed, 10 minutes from Wimbledon station and the high street (with loads of shops, about 10 different gyms to pick from and cute pubs). It’s also 15 minutes from Wimbledon Park and the Common, and 2 minutes from the 156 and 493 bus.

💗 There is a large communal living room with the comfiest sofa ever, and a modern kitchen and bathroom so there’s plenty of space for everyone. There’s a desk in the room so perfect if you wfh, but you can also use the kitchen and living room!

You will be sharing with 3 girls:

✨ Ella (29) works for the civil service, loves a gym sesh, hikes, occasional deep chats about politics and getting tipsy at lightning speed.

✨ Tara (26) is a singer, often confused for an Irish version of Sabrina Carpenter. A pocket rocket if you ever saw one, with great stamina on a night out.

✨ Izzi (31) works for Wimbledon tennis. Household queen (4 years and counting) and makes the crispest roast potatoes. Loves a good tv show and very partial to a wine.

We are super close friends (thanks spareroom!) and have a lovely friendship group in SW London, and are looking for someone sociable and friendly who is the right fit to call our place a home! 💗We’re a clean tidy house who love a chat, Netflix, a good night out (which always gets very out of hand) and a glass of wine or two over dinner together but also have our own space!

I’m absolutely gutted to be leaving this house and really want to make sure the person taking over is the right fit and really wants to make this place their home, like it has been for me over the last 2.5 years 🫶🏼 I’ll probs pop back for dinner every fairly often lol
