Hello!!
I am moving out with my boyfriend and my room will be available at the end of the month. The current leasehold is until July 2025, but you might be able to extend it when the time comes :)
The room has plenty of natural light and it comes unfurnished except for the big wardrobe that will stay (it is from my flatmate, your future flatmate, James).
Council tax is around £115/monthly, broadband is £14, electricity and water £70 every two months. And we have a cleaner coming every fortnight which is £20.
Wimbledon is amazing, I actually quite enjoy the area and all its amenities around. The flat is in between Wimbledon and Raynes Park Stations, the big Sainsbury is a three bus stop away and if you walk up the The Downs street you will reach the beautiful Wimbledon Common, where I usually go for a run or to read. There are also plenty of gyms around to choose from, if you are into working out :)
