No Deposit-Stunning Doubles Rooms In Wimbledon

We are delighted to advert 6 lovely doubles rooms for single occupancy, 5 minutes walk from Wimbledon Station.

The room comes fully furnished.

The communal area is clean and tidy and comprises a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all kitchen appliances.

We do not charge any deposit; however, the following is required: To secure the room, a holding deposit of £200 is required (this amount will be deducted from the outstanding balance mentioned below).

After that payment is made, you will be required to attend our office to pay the initial two weeks and last two weeks of the contract (notice period), and also a one-off payment of £200. This will cover the bills (utilities bills only) for the initial 3 months of the contract. After the 3rd month, if you decide to continue with the contract on a rolling basis, no further payment towards the bills will be required.*

We offer maintenance service and Wi-Fi as a courtesy; it is not included in the bills or rent. We don't charge for these services provided. It's just to maintain our standard.

All the flatmates are young professionals; they are clean and respectful, so we are looking to maintain the same standard.
