My Huge en suite bedroom is now available to rent. Sad to have to let this room go as it is has been the perfect space.

The bedroom includes a massive wardrobe with a shelf all along the top with space below for shoes ect. There’s a chest of drawers that I stashed away as I brought my own, but they will be included as well as the extra wardrobe near the bathroom.

The en- suite has a great shower and the bathroom is overall a great size too. The silver mirror in the bathroom is also included but can be moved if you wish.

This bedroom en-suite is in a lovely two bedroom flat with a spacious open kitchen and living room. It is on the second floor of a building with an elevator and communal garden area.

The rest the flat includes another storage cupboard with plenty of space and a second bedroom with a separate bathroom. These rooms are occupied by Luke who would be your new flat mate! Luke is a young professional who works full time in the fitness industry. He’s a respectful chill guy who enjoys football, gym and golf (especially golf) and is the cleanest guy I’ve lived with. He’s laid back, easy going and just a great flat mate overall.

I love where the flat is because we’re right off the broadway which has everything you could need within walking distance including train and tube stations. You’d also be right near Wimbledon village and other parks whilst still being close to the city. (Wimbledon is the best)

The rent is £1200 all in and deposit is £1096. The flat has all the amenities you could need such as washer/dryer & central heating ect. There are no weird or strict house rules, just general consideration for cleanliness and tidiness. I move out on the 31st so it is available from then (I’m also open to be flexible with move in date just drop a message)
