Small Double Room in Wimbledon

I am moving out of London and need someone to take over my share of the lease.
The room is comfortable with a double bed, though a bit small it does have everything you need already included, furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. The house is huge with a nice sunny garden, big kitchen and dining, as well as a huge double lounge room.

Flatmates are friendly, and go out for drinks as much as keep to themselves.

Close to shops, big Sainsbury's about 10mins by bus, walking distance to both Wimbledon and Collier's Wood Stations. Bus stop just down the road.
