Spacious double in leafy south wimbledon street

Hello! I am leaving my spacious and bright double room in a lovely leafy south wimbledon house in the first week of August and looking for a replacement. The room is very big, wooden floors, ample storage floor to ceiling wardrobes and a big large bay window allowing lots of light.

There is a large shared separate lounge and kitchen. Other bonus features include a nice garden which gets loads of sunshine in the morning and midday, with a garden shed at the bottom.

The house is shared with 3 other tenants. We also have a lovely cat called Garbo (therefore no other pets allowed - sorry).

Bills are included in the price, and it is through the private landlord so no agency! :)

I am moving for work and will be sad to leave, it is a great place overall.
