Room in Wimbledon Flat

Hi there! Louis and Gracie here.

We’ve just moved into a flat in Wimbledon and are looking for someone to sign on to lease and take the third room.

About the flat: We have 3 bedrooms, a kitchen/living area and two bathrooms.

We’re still getting some last bits of furniture into the communal areas (bonus points if you come with a TV), but the flat gets lots of natural light and is in a great location. It’s under 10 minutes walk to both Wimbledon South Station and Wimbledon Station (District and Overground lines) and we’re right by the Tram.

There are lots of good pubs and restaurants in the area, several supermarkets within a couple minutes walk, and most importantly: a decent sized Uniqlo.

The room is a technically a single room, but you can fit a double bed in there and there’s lots of storage space too. The room is currently unfurnished (the picture of the bed is just to help show the size) but we can arrange to furnish it if needed.

You’ll be living with:

- Louis (30): From NZ, keen on all things sport, travel and maintaining his Duolingo streak

- Gracie (29): From Australia, loves the outdoors and can often be found eating cereal for dinner

Rent is £675pcm excluding bills / council tax and deposit will be 4 weeks rent.

We’re looking for someone tidy, social and friendly who is up for a laugh but also happy in their own company. We're also hoping to dominate at the local pub quiz, so any credentials there will be appreciated.

You will need to sign onto the lease and go through the usual reference checks with the agency.
