Cute room with Juliet balcony in Wimbledon

After living in this house for more than one year, I'm moving out to live together with my best friend who will move to London recently. So I'm looking for a female tenant to take over my room.

The current tenancy agreement will be valid until 3rd December this year. You can sign the new agreement after it. And the whole take-over process will be with the assistance of our estate agency Brinkley's. I will help as much as I can to make sure everything goes smoothly.

The bills are not included. Water & wifi are around £30 each person per month, gas & electricity are with Octopus, in summer around £60 for three people, and in winter it can be around £150 for three people to share. The council tax is £51 each month, also for three people to share.

This is a three bedroom upper flat in a house. So we don't have the garden. It's in a quite area close to Wimbledon train station. Around 15 mins walk to Wimbledon station or to Colliers Wood underground station on the other direction. The bus station is just outside of the house, 2 mins walk, the bus can take you to either station in 10 mins.

There are Sainsbury's, M&S, Tesco, Aldi, etc. close to the house, you can get to any of them in maximum 20 mins walk, the closest in 5 mins.

My two housemates are amazing females, both professionals. They are friendly, lovely and caring. We sometimes watch films together. During holiday season, we also cook and have dinner for Christmas or something else. I really love the time I spent with them.
