Sadly, I am moving out of my lovely flat. It is such a good deal for a really posh area and safe neighbourhood !

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 1st of August and since things have fallen with the previous person who wanted to take over, I will need someone who is very serious.

Please note that the rent + water bills + wifi + council tax is all together £682

Gas and Electricity is the variable which comes to about £20 each per month

So all together you will be paying about £720.

The flat is literally 10 mins away from both Wimbledon and Wimbledon Park station.

There is also the 493, N87 and 156 buses 2 mins from the flat

Loads of cute cafes, charity shops and restaurants down the flat, as you can see in the picture
