Sadly I am leaving my beautiful flat in Wimbledon as I am moving home for a career change. The flat is in central Wimbledon with two other females, we want a female preferred to take my place.
The current housemates are two girls aged 24 who are looking for someone chilled, polite and respectful who is up for a cocktail or a movie night in They are really easy going and the best possible housemates I could have asked for.
The flat is in a lovely mansion block and is very spacious with a large, south facing communal garden. We have one bathroom, a large kitchen and big living room
The flat came unfurnished but we have furnished it fully. I have a bed which I can leave for the tenant but they will have to dispose of it themselves at the end of tenancy. I also have a mattress which I can consider selling at a low price, along with other bit of furniture including a desk if interested. The wardrobes are built in.
