I currently have 2/3 rooms available in a 3 bed maisonette in Wimbledon (SW20).

I own the house with my sister, but she has had to move out and rent elsewhere for work, so it's just me at the moment, and I am looking to move out myself shortly and sublet my room due to work commitments. This place is obviously my home, so the flat and garden are very well looked after. I am in my late twenties and looking for like-minded flatmates who are relaxed and tidy. I have a little sphynx cat who is pretty needy so liking cats is a bonus! LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Room 1: Large fully-furnished double bedroom. Access to own bathroom with bath and shower. Rent £875 pcm plus bills. Room with blue rug.

Room 2: Medium sized fully-furnished double bedroom. Access to bathroom shared with one other person (me). Rent £800 pcm plus bills. Room with slanted roof.


Room 3: Medium sized fully furnished double bedroom. Access to bathroom shared as above. Rent £800 pcm plus bills. Room with orange bedding. Deposit for this room also £499. Not added as own room in listing due to flexible date of availability.

All rooms come with access to a shared lounge and kitchen area and a nice garden (with BBQ and bike storage).

Bills at the moment come to £145.30 per person, but may go down as energy rates improve.

Available from 1st September but ideal move in would be mid-September (15th).

Advertising them as 3 month short-term lets however duration flexible so open to anyone needing something shorter. Unable to commit to longer than 3 months at outset due to house being on the market, but as we are in no rush to sell and are ‘testing the market’ in regards to sale, there will almost certainly be scope for extending this if desired.
P. S. My sister and I share a Spareroom account (so we only have to pay the premium once), so replies could come from Scarlett or Amber!
