Lovely room in quiet Wimbledon close to station

Hi prospective flatmate,

I'm Ruth (24) and have been living in this Wimbledon flat for a year. It's a lovely flat and a great deal, in a quiet and tranquil neighbourhood.

Two of my flatmates are moving out to be nearer to their work. One room will be taken by Andrew (26) and we are looking for someone for the second room.

The room itself is £790 a month and bills come to about £150 on top of that (£940 total). We will be holding viewings on 10th and 11th of August. The contract will be 12 months from 5th September.

We're looking for someone nice, friendly, easy going and who cares about looking after the space. We'll all have our own separate lives but we want someone who'd like to do the occasional thing, even if that is just watching TV in the living room.

Andrew and I are both into cooking, running and finding good places to eat. I am a civil servant going into my third year on the Civil Service Fast Stream, working in Whitehall. Andrew is starting a new job as an NHS service manager at Guys and St Thomas' hospital.
