Wimbledon. Sublet with 3 other chill Muslim girls

DOUBLE ROOM IN WIMBLEDON/MERTON PARK

Hi everyone, I’m moving out of my Wimbledon (SW193Lx) room in September and I’m looking for a replacement to start the tenancy from 20th Sept (but can move in slightly earlier).

I’m also able to sublet if needed for a shorter period. We are a WOC Muslim household and are looking for another girl to replace me🩷

It’s a beautiful, spacious west-facing (lovely sunsets!)🌆 double room with large windows, built-in wardrobes with a nice mirror (with the lighting, it’s perfect for selfies ngl). 🌅 🤳🏽
The house is open plan with amazing lighting thanks to skylights in the kitchen. We also have a lovely west facing garden that catches a good amount of daylight. Perfect for bbqs and gatherings. it’s situated in a lovely leafy residential neighbourhood with a sweet community and lots of things to do alone and with others.

It’s decently connected for transport:
- thameslink rail 2 min walk 🚆
- northern line 10-15 min walk or 5 min bus🚆
- district line is 5 min train ride away via thameslink from south Merton, 20 min bus, 30 min walk 🚆
- bus stop 2 min walk 🚍
- tram 15 min walk 🚃
- 25 mins to St George’s hospital from door to door

Multiple Gyms are walking distance, great safe running routes, lime bikes and forest bikes are widely available close to the house and there’s a drive where you can park your car/motorcycle if you have one 🚗

There are 4 bedrooms total including an ensuite, plus a spare 5th bedroom that we use as an office/guest room 💤 💻 two bathrooms total so you’ll only be sharing with two other housemates

Yasmin - WFH + office
We are 28-31 and are looking for someone in the late 20s early 30s bracket.

We are all Muslim girls and although we have different levels of practice, we don’t eat pork and we respect everyone’s boundaries in the house. We are looking for another girl who can respect that 🙂

Finally: rent

£775 + bills (I normally put aside £150 and that is more than enough, so bills can vary 120-150)

I’m also happy to sell my bed and Emma mattress (spotless and in excellent condition) for a decent offer
