Fun ‘n’ friendly housemate wanted, Wimbledon

Looking for a new housemate to call a friend! My current housemate and I (both female aged 25, and 29) are looking to fill our top floor double bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom (featuring large walk-in shower), 2 skylight windows and a Juliet balcony. Lovely bright room with plenty of storage and room to rearrange furniture for more floor space.

THE HOUSE:
The house has a large downstairs shared living and dining area with open out French doors to our patio garden. Kitchen with washer/dryer and dishwasher, fully equipped with all kitchen amenities. Small front garden area for bins (and ASOS parcel deliveries haha)!

TRANSPORT:
Our house is located directly between Wimbledon station (National Rail, 22 mins to Waterloo direct train as well as District Line and Trams) and South Wimbledon station (Northern Line, 24hr on Weekends) as well as various bus routes available which stop directly opposite the street for late night journeys.

ABOUT US:
Looking for someone who enjoys a pub night, isn’t bothered by late nights as my housemate and I both work in hospitality and often get home from work after midnight (although the room available is the floor above our bedrooms so noise is minimal). I’m a musical theatre actress, and do need to use the living room space for self-tapes sometimes, so ideally we’re trying to avoid anyone who works from home, unless you don’t mind a bit of singing!

We love to come home to a gossip and a cuppa, or glass of wine- and equal split of cleaning shared spaces in and around everyone’s schedules is a given 😌
