Double room available in Wimbledon/South Wimbledon. Move in between 27 Sept and 7th October.

Hey girls we’re looking for someone aged 24-29 to fill our friend’s room in our lovely flat as she’s moving in with her boyfriend.

About the room/house:

🏡 3-bed flat on the 2nd and 3rd floors in the middle of Wimbledon.

🛌 Large double room (the biggest in the flat) that comes furnished with bed, desk and wardrobe.

🥘 The flat has a massive open plan kitchen/dining room/living room where we hang out in evenings and often cook for each other.

🧼 The flat is in really good condition - clean, no mould or damp. A million times better than other places we’ve lived!

🚊 12 minute walk to South Wimbledon (Northern line)

🚂 5 minute walk to Wimbledon station (trains to Clapham Junction/Vauxhall/waterloo + District Line + Thameslink + Tram + SWR)

🥂 Really close to loads of shops, bars, supermarkets, gyms and plenty of green space.

🏞️ Wimbledon village and common is a 15/20 minute walk away and is stunning.

🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️You’d be living with me (27) and and a guy Zak (26). We’re friends from uni and lived together for several years. I work in marketing and Zak is a civil servant and both work from home a couple days a week. We like hosting dinners, going out, playing sport, catching up with friends, park run, theatre etc.

📆 We’ve been in the flat for just over a year and really love it and will be staying until at least next September. We live pretty communally and are a sociable flat.

💴 Rent is £983 plus bills which come to about £100/month.

Looking to do viewings 13/14th sept but can be flexible.
