Looking for someone to take over my contract for my room from early October to end of November, with option to renew lease if they like, If interested please send me a message. Reason being is because the new place I am moving into has an immediate move in date.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. Current rent is £892 p/m excluding bills (bills come to +- £10 a month)
