The price includes two rooms and a private bathroom. Specifically a large double bedroom with build in closets, a large private bathroom, and an additional private room to be used as a study/living room. All on the top floor of the house. This is perfect for anyone looking for some space while also wanting to live with other people and make new friends.

Looking for someone to join a sociable and welcoming house with 3 corporate girls who enjoy fitness, movie and pizza nights, barbecues, pub visits. It’s a very friendly house where you can hang out together but also enjoy your own space! We would also like someone who works full time, is very clean and tidy, and respectful.

The house is large and modern with great appliances; washer/dryer, two ovens, double door fridge, and includes a laundry room, living room, large kitchen and dining room, spacious garden and on street parking (subject to permitting).

The house is fully furnished. The bedrooms I am moving out of will be part-furnished, but happy to sell the following furniture. List of included furniture below.
Bedroom 1:
- Bedside table (included)
- Make up vanity (£50)
- Velvet pink stool for vanity (£20)
- May be able to include a white ikea basic bed frame (not pictured) if needed (£60).
Bedroom 2:
- Grey couch (also can be folded down into a sleep double bed) (included)

The tenancy has a 6 months remainder on it (ends 30th April 2025) but there is possibility to extend the tenancy with the landlord closer to time. The move in date has some flexibility.

Bills: £133.84 per month for water, electricity, wifi and council tax.
