Our flatmate is moving out soon, so now we are looking for one female to share a recently renovated 5 bedroom house. The price is £800 including bills.
The room has a generously sized wardrobe. There's also a double bed. The room door has a lock. It's on the top floor and there will be one shower room on that floor to share with another female. So it's "almost" en-suite.
The kitchen/dining area is huge and very well-equipped.
The house itself is in a very safe quiet area, 6 minutes walk from South Merton train station (Thameslink service), 15 minutes walk from Morden Station (Northern line) and 20 minutes walk from Wimbledon station (District line). The bus stop is 3 minutes away and takes you to all the abovementioned stations. There are 3 parks less than 10 minutes walk from the house. A small Sainsbury is 5 minutes walk away and bigger supermarkets are 15 minutes walk away.
Currently there are 2 females and 1 male living in the house. The male usually is either abroad or at work.
