I am looking for a housemate who would like somewhere in London to call home Monday-Friday but who have a main home elsewhere. This rental would suit someone with a regular work pattern and a workplace-based or hybrid job, there is no ability to wfh full-time.

- 10 minute walk to Wimbledon village

- Lots of green space for walking/running
- Lovely community feel
- Plenty of bars and restaurants in the town and the village, including Wagamama, Sticks n Sushi, Cote, Frank Manca, Wahaca and plenty more
- Supermarkets nearby, including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, M&S, Tesco, Morrisons
- Shopping including H&M, Oliver Bonas, Elys (department store), Uniqlo
- Coffee shops and bakeries, including Gails
- Train to Waterloo in 20 minutes, Direct train into Blackfriars, District line into central London and Tram to Croydon

Current Housemate
- Clare (me) I am a live-in landlord with my own en-suite bedroom. I am professional, friendly, clean and considerate and looking for someone similar.

I enjoy running, gym, socialising and travelling. I expect to work hybrid and would like to live with someone who has workplace or hybrid pattern, as there is no availability to wfh full-time.
