We have a spare double bedroom available to rent in Wimbledon from the end of October/early November, which is a 3 minute walk from the main station (National Rail, District Line, tram and buses). We are a chilled, friendly household of professionals including 2 females upstairs and 1 male downstairs. **Please note, female applicants only**
Price
The room is a steal at £538.50 + bills, which come to around £180 each monthly for everything. It is upstairs and faces over the garden for plenty of light and sunshine (when we have any!)
The House & Room
The house has a front room, large kitchen and a garden and the room comes equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
A 5 minute walk from the house are Sainsburys, Waitrose, Tesco and Morrisons along with Centre Court shopping centre, along with a gym on our road.
About Us
We are all full time workers in theatre PR, sports marketing and childcare and are respectful, responsible and approachable. We all enjoy a catch up chat in the kitchen and get along well, but respect each other’s space and have separate lives and our own downtime.
About You
We are looking for a friendly, tidy and reliable female professional aged 26+. No smokers and no pets, please.
