I have a lovely double room to let in SW19 (just off Inner Park road),it is 10 mins bus ride or walk into: Putney, Wimbledon Village and down the road into Southfields.
I am looking for a short or( long term) let 1-3 months, this can be negotiated with the right candidate. The room can be let weekly, as an Airbnb (option)
a £250 deposit is needed
and the monthly rent is: £1100.
The rent is inclusive of all bills, council tax, tv license and Super fast WIFI, Sky, Netflix, Amazon, Disney + and apple tv.
All cleaning of the flat is also done as cleaning materials are included in the rent.(Your room excluded)
I am looking for a single professional person, who enjoys a quiet house hold, a person who maybe looking for accommodation during the week or a person who is in between places, and needs somewhere to call home for a while.
Would suit someone who works shifts too. You would be sharing the flat with myself and my Cat.(who thinks his the King of this/our kingdom!)
