This is a double room with a full en-suite (shower, toilet, sink) situated on the entire top floor of a Victorian terrace in Wimbledon.

The bedroom is spacious, with windows on the front and back giving it great natural light. The room is unfurnished, but benefits from a fitted wardrobe and other furniture items can be sold/left by agreement.

The property benefits from a large kitchen/dining/living room, a garden and a small room which we share to dry our laundry.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, two large fridge/freezers (shared between four people), oven, microwave etc.

The house is 5 minutes walk from Haydon's Road (Thameslink trains to Blackfriars/Farringdon/Kings Cross), 15 minutes walk from Collier's Wood/South Wimbledon Tube stations (Northern Line) and 15 minutes walk from Wimbledon Station (National Rail, District Line & Trams). There are regular bus services too.

The house is made up of three professionals (no students, no pets) in their late 20s. To maintain the current balance, we are looking for a guy (to share with 1 guy and 2 girls).

The rent is £1,000 per month, with an additional £150 per month for bills. This includes gas, electricity, water, council tax - Band E, internet a fortnightly cleaner and a small fund for household expenses (e. g. washing up liquid).

The room is available 1st November. Viewings will be held w/c 23rd September.
