Fully furnished double bedroom available in a flat with great location for shops, parks & transport links to Central London.

The flat has wooden floor, double glazing, 2 bedrooms (they are very far to each other so it makes very private). There are 2 bathrooms, open-plan living room/dining room, separate kitchen, utility room and small garden.

Two housemates. We have 2 French bulldogs and a cat so the person must be a pet lover.

We are very friendly, tidy. We are at home only in the evenings and weekends.

We would like to have someone very easy going, clean and tidy too.

Price is £850 included all bills and internet.
Deposit £425
