The house has just undergone a full refurb to a very high standard and you will be amongst one of the first to live there. It has a very large open plan fully equipped kitchen as which open up into a dining/living room with a SMART TV (perfect for Netflix and Amazon Prime fans!). The house also has 2 bathrooms and lovely garden.

It has also been modified to meet work-from-home needs, with an optional desk in the room and a unique designated office at the back of the garden so you don't have to always work from your room! The house also has superfast fibre broadband for all your Zoom calls!

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
Excellent transport links: 5 min walk to South Wimbledon station on the Northern Line and 15min walk to Wimbledon station for the District line. Wimbledon also provides access to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and London Waterloo via the Overground in just 15 minutes, allowing for easy travel to central London. Enjoy the best of both worlds! 🤩

The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👌
