Newly renovated flat

Hey there!
I’m moving out of my current rented flat after a year because I’ve bought a new place! It’s a beautiful, spacious flat that was fully renovated just last year. I actually found it through an agency, but it was never listed on the rental market at the time, though I had seen it before.
The lease is available from 4th November, and unfortunately, this date is non-negotiable, but the actual move-in date can be flexible to suit your schedule.
The rent is £1675 per month, and the bills are quite reasonable. The neighbors are wonderful, and the area is very safe. The landlady is also super friendly and always helpful. The flat comes with 3 wardrobes in the bedroom, though the rest of the furniture will be going with me. The flat is in Wimbledon SW20, 10 min walk to Rayes Park station and 15 min to Wimbledon station. Plenty buses only 3 min walk.

The flat is way bigger than shown in the pictures!
