I have a double room available and although it doesn't have an ensuite, there would be a large bathroom available for exclusive use (this is on the ground floor).

There is a shared courtyard garden to the rear of the property.

The tube station (Southfields) is about a 15 min walk away, but there is also a 24hr bus that passes the station (no: 39) on its way to Clapham, and another 24hr bus (no: 93) that passes Wimbledon (overland, District Line and Tram) both just a 5 min walk away. Wimbledon common is also just a 5 min walk away, and Wimbledon village is a 25 min walk. You have easy links to the A3 and on to the M25.

Although I don't currently own any pets, I am thinking of getting a dog in the new year.

Would consider shorter lets too.

There is plenty of free street parking close by, and a small parade of shops too (bakery, CoOp, Beauticians, etc.)
