Double en-suite room available in Wimbledon

DOUBLE EN-SUITE ROOM AVAILABLE FROM NOVEMBER 1ST - FEMALE PROFESSIONALS preferred

We have a double bedroom with an en-suite available in our lovely flat in Wimbledon. It’s a 3-bedroom flat which has a large living room and separate kitchen which has been recently renovated. The room available is located in the converted attic, which has it’s own built-in storage and desk space so would be suitable for someone who works from home a couple of days a week. The room comes fully furnished, excluding the white chest of drawers.

You will be living with two other girls. Myself, Claire (31) and Hilary (33). I work in events and I’m in the office 2-3 days a week and WFH the rest. Hilary is a teacher by trade but works in retail at the moment (she comes with the huge benefit of a Lululemon discount!) so her hours vary but mainly, she’s works Sunday – Thursday. We are both very sociable girls, we do love a night out every now & again but also enjoy a cosy night in watching a series/movie. We love to keep active (gym and sports) and as we are both relatively new to London (Irish & Canadian), we also love to plan fun things to do around London! We would be looking for someone who has similar interests to us, 26+ years old, working professional who doesn’t work remotely 100% of the time.

A little about the area, the flat is located only about a 20 minute walk away from Wimbledon town centre. We are really well connected, with Wimbledon Chase station right next door (Thames Link), a 20 minute walk to Wimbledon station, a 15 minute walk to Raynes Park station and about a 25 minute walk to South Wimbledon tube station (Northern Line). There is also a bus stop right outside. We find the area is really safe, there are some nice really parks/commons nearby, and also plenty of supermarket options (Tesco Express & CoOp a 5 min walk away and Morrisons/Sainsburys in Wimbledon).

Rent is £600 a month and bills will be around £100, however, this can increase a little bit over the winter months. There is a deposit of £565 plus an admin fee of £150 for the letting agents for the contract change.
