Beautiful double room in the heart of Wimbledon

Hello there!

Our flatmate Lucie is moving back to Paris, and we’re on the hunt for someone to take over her lovely room!

The room is a bright, quiet double that faces the garden. It comes with a comfy double bed (new mattress just bought a month ago!), a desk, and fitted wardrobes. It’s a fantastic space!

The Property:
We have four rooms in the house: Miguel’s, Sarah’s, yours, and a cozy guest room on the mezzanine. There are two bathrooms (you’ll mainly use the one downstairs, while Sarah and Miguel use the upstairs one). Enjoy our garden (perfect in spring and summer!), a spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, and a welcoming living room.

The Location:
Just a 5-minute walk to Wimbledon station! You’ll have great connections to central London via tube (District Line) and train (every 5 minutes, just 18 minutes to Waterloo). You’ll be well-connected to everything! Plus, there are several supermarkets (Tesco, M&S, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Morrisons) and shops just minutes away. Despite the convenience, our road is quiet and peaceful. You’ll also love the green spaces nearby, with Wimbledon Park and Common within walking distance—such a beautiful area!

The Flatmates:
We’re Sarah (French) and Miguel (Spanish), both university lecturers in central London, teaching languages (guess which ones!). We’re easygoing, tidy, and friendly. We enjoy unwinding in the living room with a good book or having a chat after work. We lead healthy, dynamic lifestyles!

We’re Looking For:
Someone professional, like-minded, clean, friendly, and respectful of the house vibe (sorry no party goers 😉)

Rent: £955/month + £145/month bills.
