Description
Hello!
I am moving out of this fantastic property, and I am gutted to be leaving, but here's an opportunity for one of you lovely folks to get your hands on it!
The Room: No word of a lie, it is humongous! So much space for lots of belongings and kitting it out exactly as you'd like it. The room comes with a bed (+ mattress); a chest of drawers; two bedside tables and a chair. It also has a self-sufficient heating system, so no need to heat the whole flat if it gets chilly - just your room. For £633, you won't find a room this size and this versatile in such a prime location!
The Flat: There is a shared kitchen, fully kitted out with fridge-freezer; an air fryer; a microwave; your own store cupboard and a dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with shower-bath, and separate toilet. On the top floor of the flat, there is a lovely, cosy shared living room.
The Flatmates: You will be sharing with Charlie and Kieran. Charlie works in the arts, teaching young people through theatre. He is also a musician and super chill. Kieran is a trainee electrician and an avid cook.
The Boring Stuff: Bills have never been more than £150 p/m while I've lived here, and even then, it all comes to under £800 a month all-in, which again, for the area and calibre of the room is CRAZY GOOD.
The Area: Located ON The Broadway in Wimbledon, it is in a bustling and exciting location. Pubs and restaurants all around, the New Wimbledon Theatre on the next block, a Wetherspoons within a 30 second walk (no joke!), lots of shops and supermarkets. Not to mention, it's 5 minute walk to Wimbledon station where you can be in Central London in 20 minutes via SWR or the District Line. Equally, South Wimbledon station is 10-15 minutes walk for the Northern Line, plus a thorough bus service. It's got it all!
YOU: The ideal new flatmate will be in full-time employment, not WFH exclusively (hybrid is fine though). Also referencing can be annoyingly slow, so someone proactive and cooperative with getting this done quickly. Nov 9th is the desired move-in date but we can work out an alternative if needed. Please get in touch with a bit about yourself and I'll get back to you about viewings as soon as humanly possible (I'm a busy bee so please don't be dishearted if I'm slow!)
Thank you so much and I hope you like what you see. Fingers crossed you're looking at your new home!
