Hello! Our current flatmate is moving out shortly to go live with her partner. We are now looking for a new flatmate in our Wimbledon flat.

About the flat 🏠
- 3 Bedrooms
- 2 Stories
- A decent sized kitchen/living area, with sofa, chairs, tv, air fryer, electric clothes airer etc
- 2 Bathrooms (you’ll be sharing the top floor bathroom with one other).

The place gets lots of natural light and is in a great location. It is a 7 minute walk to Wimbledon South tube station (Northern Line) and under 10 minutes walk to Wimbledon Station (District Line Tube, and Overground Rail). We’re also right beside the Tram. 🚊

About the room 🛌
- Large Double Bedroom (can fit a queen/king size bed easily)
- 2 big windows with good airflow and afternoon sun.
- Option to purchase a bed base / mattress from existing flatmate

You’ll be living with
- Louis (30 - Male 🇳🇿) - Kiwi, works in Finance, interested in all things sport, travel, and maintaining his Duolingo streak.
- Danu (22 - Female 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿) - Registered children’s nurse, loves cooking, watching movies or playing records and a cheeky glass of wine after work.
- We’re looking for someone tidy, social, who is up for a laugh but also happy to be in their own company.

Numbers & Important Details
- Rent is £760 pcm for the room excluding bills
- Bills approx £125 / month (council tax, fibre wifi, electric, gas, tv licence, water).
- The room is available to move in from Sunday 24th November, potential to be a little flexible. Lease runs to June and can be extended.
- You will need to sign on to the lease and go through the usual reference checks with the rental agency.
