We have a lovely huge (c 25 sqm) ensuite double room available in a four bedroom house in Wimbledon for single occupancy. The nearest tube stations are Wimbledon Park (8 minute walk) and Wimbledon (12 minute walk).

The area is very residential with many families as neighbours on the same road, and popular with cyclists and young professionals.

There is a large Waitrose within a few minutes' walk, and decent restaurants in the area, and a row of nice shops on Leopold Road (around the corner from the house).

The current housemate is moving out, as she has just purchased her own flat, so we're looking for a young professional as the fourth housemate for the house, and will consider lets as short as two months.

The house has a huge living room, kitchen, conservatory, and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with two large fridge and freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There are a couple of tall fridge/freezers (and a third fridge freezer). The living room is enormous and has a large sofa, coffee table, and 50 inch Smart TV.

The room occupies the entire top floor of the house, and the rent is £1,450 pcm or £335 pw, with all bills included.

The other housemates are a lovely British professional gentleman, a professional British lady and French professional lady in their late 20s/early 30s.

The room is furnished at your option with a double bed, bedside table, desk, chair, and wardrobe.

Superfast 500Mbps Virgin Media broadband, and a weekly cleaner is included.

No pets, and no couples please.

The room is available immediately. We would also accept tenancies starting in early December.
