Stylish Double Bedroom

We have both a double and a single bedroom available near Wimbledon Station, in a fantastic area with plenty of markets, shopping, and restaurants close by.

There’s no deposit required!

A £200 holding deposit is needed to secure the room, which will be deducted from your final balance.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 to cover utility bills for the first three months of the contract.

If you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial three months, no additional payment for utilities will be required.

We provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge they’re on us, so they’re not part of the bills or rent. It’s just our way of keeping things comfortable for everyone!

All the flatmates here are young professionals who keep things clean and are easygoing, so we’re looking for someone similar to join.
