We have a 2 bedroom (both with en-suites) flat in Wimbledon which we are looking to break lease. We are looking for someone to take it on 1st February 2025 for a minimum of 6 months and can be as long as the future tenants want to lock in for.

The flat is just under 1000sq ft with 2 big king bed sized rooms both with en-suites.

There is a large spacious kitchen and living/dining area with a small balcony. A separate toilet also.

It is on a gated complex off Worple Road with 1 parking space included in rent (no permit required).

Raynes Park Station is a 8 minute walk with the South Western Rail to Waterloo in 20 minutes or Wimbledon station which is a 20 minute walk (5 minute bus) to access District line. There are buses to Clapham, Tooting and Kingston from outside the flat.

The flat comes unfurnished but I do need to get rid of all the furniture as I can’t take it with me and so I am open to selling.

Pets are not allowed (I’m looking after my friends dog!)
