Monday to Friday let:
Lovely bright double room available now for the right person. All bills included, weekly cleaner in shared areas. One parking space included in rental cost!

We are a newly married couple and sister (in law), we are all professionals who enjoy a chilled friendly home environment. We don’t have any children or pets but we do dog sit now and again, so we might have the occasional furry friend to visit.

We are looking for someone who needs somewhere quiet to call home during the week. We have a large kitchen, great for cooking evening meals or meal prep! We have 2 toilets on the ground floor, 1 with shower and bath.

This room would be best suited to a professional or student who needs access to London during the week (not someone who works from home every day).

Location: 9 min walk from Wimbledon chase with direct links to Black friars and London St Pancras.
13 min walk to Wimbledon Station, trains to Waterloo and District line
Short bus ride to Wimbledon South Northern line.

We can be flexible on contract lengths but we would like someone who can commit to a month to begin with and we can extend monthly depending on your needs, or a upfront longer contract :)
