Description
I’m moving away for a job and need someone to replace me in the contract between mid-end of February.
It is a huge room at the top of the house with juliette balcony, bathroom with separate shower and bath (love it) is right next to it, and it is shared with other two people. There’s a lot of inbuilt storage space and a very large wardrobe semi-separate from the room.
There’s a cleaning rota for the house (1 of 6 weeks) and for the bathroom (1 of 3 weeks), since bathroom shared with only 2 other people. There's an extra toilet in the house near the kitchen and conservatory that everyone can use.
House has a shared living room and huge kitchen, as well as a huge garden with shed.
Wimbledon is a lovely area and I honestly loved it!
Now to the requirements:
*Contract:
-Initial contract of 6 months. Extension to further 6 months at the same price to be analysed by the agency nearer the end date.
*Financials:
Total of £2628.00, of which:
-£285.00& to secure the room and start reference checks.
-a non-refundable one-off £150 utilities contribution.
-Remaining £2193.00 that goes for the first and last months’ rent.
Last month of rent works as a deposit - so no extras!
Minimum monthly income after taxes is £2478.00 (roughly 37k per year),
Still checking the details with the agency so might have values and dates slightly updated.
