Looking for a new flatmate to join me and my cat Joni in our gorgeous Wimbledon flat. Located 10 min walk from Wimbledon train station, 10 min to Wimbledon Park tube station and a bus from outside the door gets you to Tooting Broadway in under 15 mins!

The room is a standard double. Rent is £1000/month, plus around £130/month bills (council tax, wifi, utilities etc). There is a cupboard and bed in the room which comes with the flat. It’s big enough to fit a desk (previous housemate worked from home from the room). Council tax band C.

I'm a laid back, clean and sociable housemate. Keen for someone interested in a social and fun flat! I work as a Dr so do lots of nights and weekend shifts but whenever I am around I am always down to do something!

Flat is located above a hairdresser's owned by the Landlords (who are super friendly and helpful!). Comes with a washing machine, gas hobs and a fully equipped kitchen. The street is very cute, with lots of independent shops, bars and restaurants. Local shops are an easy walk away. There is no resident parking on the street, but a permit for the nearby roads is fairly cheap and takes seconds to walk to.
