Standard double room with one flatmate - Wimbledon

Looking for a new flatmate to join me and my cat Joni in our gorgeous Wimbledon flat. Located 10 min walk from Wimbledon train station, 10 min to Wimbledon Park tube station and a bus from outside the door gets you to Tooting Broadway in under 15 mins!

The room is a standard double. Rent is £1000/month, plus around £130/month bills (council tax, wifi, utilities etc). There is a cupboard and bed in the room which comes with the flat. It is big enough to fit a desk (previous housemate worked from home from the room). Council tax band C

I am a 25y old Doctor currently working at Kingston Hospital A&E, so have a varied work pattern and don't work from home. Often will be working nights or weekends, but very keen to socialise when I'm around! I have lived in London for a while so am fairly busy with plans but enjoy watching a film or getting a couple of pints from time to time. It is worth bearing in mind that I often will get back to the flat at unusual times etc so if you are a very loud sleeper this might be an issue.

Your other flatmate will be Joni. She is only a year old so can be fairly excitable and always appreciates someone to play with or cuddle! Strong preference for someone who likes cats and is willing to occasionally look after her when I am away (just feeding her and throwing a toy every so often!). It is also a fairly impossible task to keep her out of rooms so if a cat on your bed is a dealbreaker this isn't the right room!! Feel free to enquire if you have your own cat.

Flat is located above a hairdresser's owned by the Landlords (who are super friendly and helpful!). Comes with a washing machine, gas hobs and a fully equipped kitchen. The street is very cute, with lots of independent shops, bars and restaurants. Local shops are an easy walk away. There is no resident parking on the street, but a permit for the nearby roads is fairly cheap and takes seconds to walk to.

The pictures for the living room are quite outdated, I will upload some new ones when I get a chance. Main things to note are two sofas are gone replaced by one I own, and there is an additional record stand in the corner. I also have a tv, xbox, and fire stick which I'm more than happy for you to use. Kitchen is also fully stocked with my things, which again you are free to use or welcome to bring additional. Decorations etc are all mine also, but again happy for a new flatmate to add their own personal touch!
