Wimbledon furnished double bedroom available!

About us:
We’re looking for someone to join our friendly household from the middle of February to the middle of May (with the option to extend for the following year).
We are a group of 4 working professionals aged 26 & 27. All of the house are hybrid workers, but there is always desk space downstairs (and more than enough room for a desk in your room if you’d prefer!)
To note – we have a lovely kitten called Pablo. He has the nicest temperament - I just wanted to flag this to those with allergies.

Room:
The double bedroom available is a large space on the first floor at the front side of the house.
It is fully furnished with a double bed, wardobe and chest of drawers.
There are two shared bathrooms , one with a with a shower/bath on the same floor as the room and another one with a shower on the top floor.

House: and amenities:
The house is a large, 5 bedroom house, with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on floor 1 (your floor!) and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on floor 2
The living room is large with 3 sofas, a dining table (and place to work) which is open plan connecting to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully kitted out and has everything under the sun which all are welcome to use (air fryer, slow cooker, and everything in between!)
We have a lovely garden with 2 deckings either side of the grass, outdoor furtniture, a shed for storage, a BBQ, and a pizza oven.

Travel:
Our closest tube station is South Wimbledon on the Northern Line and a 5 minute walk away.
Wimbledon Station is a 10 minute walk away, which has the District Line and national rail/thameslink.
There’s also a tram stop 5 minutes away which goes south all the way past Croydon.

Surrounding area/the road:
We live on a quiet road adjacent to Kingston Road which has 2 supermarkets, takeaways, pubs and shops - all within a 5 minute walk.
In the other direction down the road, there is lots of green space including free tennis courts.
For big shops - there’s big Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Marks and Spencer’s, etc. all within 15/20 minute walking distance.
