Looking to rent out a furnished double room in a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat, a short walking distance to Wimbledon station with great transport links (district line, tram, train).

The flat is on the third floor of an apartment building, top level with nice big bright windows and nice views overlooking the neighbourhood. There is a garage that I dont currently use thats available, do have some storage in there but its mostly empty.

The double room is carpeted, spacious, bright, has two large windows and plenty of space. Comes with a double bed, desk, chair, shelf, bed side table and some under bed storage compartments as well.

The bathroom is not en-suite but its pretty much your own bathroom to use as I have the ensuite.

The communal areas include a large living room with a comfy big sofa coffee table and dining table. The kitchen is also shared with a big fridge included. (see attached photo of the floor plan)

All bills are included, which includes virgin media high speed fibre internet broadband, council tax, tv license, etc.

I am the live-in landlord so there is only 1 other occupant in the flat. The 3rd bedroom I use as an office / spare room at the moment.

I work as a consultant in tech/finance, work from home 3-4 days a week at the moment, though this does change depending on which client I work for. I'm a chilled laid back flatmate, enjoy watching a good movie or tv show on the 65'' tv in the living room, also spend some nights going out for a drink with mates and what not. Currently training for a marathon though so waking up early most days to get my run in!
