Large and bright double room with en-suite bathroom available from 1st February. Maximum stay until 14th June 2026. Very private as it takes up an entire floor of the flat.

Flat also has sunny south facing balcony and garden.

Great for commuters as the flat is an 8min walk to Northern Line at Colliers Wood tube station and 20min walk/5min bus ride to Wimbledon station.

An inclusive household open and respectful to all cultures and backgrounds.

You’d be living with a laidback woman who’s happy to socialise but also likes to do their own thing (and a lovely, well-behaved Dachshund).
- bills include utilities and WiFi
- shared eat-in kitchen, lounge, garden and balcony
- no permanent parking, but guest parking tickets are available for a fee and there is public parking close by
- no smokers (not even on the balcony!)

Would prefer to live with:
- a professional but happy to consider mature students
- someone who likes dogs!
- non-smoker.
