We have a cosy double bedroom available in a fantastic house. It’s located in a vibrant Wimbledon area with a great atmosphere, offering excellent shopping, markets, and dining options. The property also provides ample storage.

The communal areas are clean and well-maintained, featuring a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all essential kitchen appliances.

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

A £200 holding fee is required to secure the room, which will be deducted from your final balance.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 to cover utility bills for the first three months of the contract.

If you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial three months, no additional payment for utilities will be required.

We provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge they’re on us, so they’re not part of the bills or rent. It’s just our way of keeping things comfortable for everyone!
