Sunny Summer Sublet in Wimbledon

Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublet my room in Wimbledon over the summer while I’m away on a research trip. I’d be asking for £840 per month (all bills included in this price) and it would be available from the 1st June - 1st September. It’s a 10 minute walk to Wimbledon station (District line, trams, and trains to Waterloo) and 10 minutes walk to South Wimbledon station (Northern). You can be in Waterloo in 30 minutes, and Kings Cross in 45, so it’s super well-connected!

Set at the back of the house, the double room overlooks the garden. The house is on a quiet residential street, which always feels very safe. We’re moments away from cafes, supermarkets (a big Morrisons is a 10 minute walk away), and green spaces. It’s only a 20 minute walk away from Wimbledon village and all the amenities there, too.

The room is super sunny with lots of handy storage - two wardrobes, a desk, shelving, and a bedside table. The bathroom is shared with two other people. The kitchen has lots of space with two fridge/freezers, along with a coffee machine which is a nice bonus! There’s a spare room where we dry washing and store any extra things that don’t fit in the rooms, and the living room is a really nice space to entertain.

You’ll be living with my three lovely housemates - Becky B is a freelance performer, Carmen teaches Spanish through music, and Becky C is a town planner. A cleaner comes every fortnight but everyone is tidy in between, so looking for someone who will get along with everyone and keep the place neat.
