Double Room Available in relaxed Wimbledon House🌿

We are looking for a new housemate to join our sociable and relaxed 5-bed, 2-bath home just a 5-minute stroll from Wimbledon Station ( lots of pubs, shops, restaurants, and a giant Waitrose all on your doorstep!)

The Room:
Two spacious doubles on the top floor with fab natural light and lovely views – both furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk & drawers. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with two others (but theres a second one downstairs too).

The House Vibe:
We’re a friendly bunch in our mid 20s-30s (mix of Aussies & Brits), who love catching up over dinner in the evenings, watching trash TV and being awful at quiz shows, and love the odd pint and pub quiz together. We also all very much have our own social things going on, and are all respectful of the space. Most evenings someone will be in for a chat/ chilling/ watching TV - we all get on really well and it’s a nice mix of chilled and social.

We’re after someone aged 25–32, working full-time (ideally not WFH all week) who’s clean, respectful, and keen to match the same chill social energy of the rest of the house.

Please note - For transparency our landlord currently has our house up for sale, so it would be a minimum 3 months tenancy and then monthly rolling from then. If he doesn’t get the interest, he will take it off the market so it may have potential ( we hope!) to be longer term, but can’t say anything for certain past the 3 months.
