Myself and my son (26) live in the property. The property has 2 double rooms for rent with their bathroom in the second floor .
Rent include bills. Bills are council tax, electricity, water, heating, WiFi fibre broadband.
Wimbledon town center with 2 buses ride (5 mins) or within walking distance (10 minutes)
The property is in a conservatory area of Wimbledon.
Temporary/Flexible/Short term accomodation available for minimum of 1 month or weekly accomodation from Monday to Friday.
No smokers and No pets are allowed.
The rooms are for single occupier use only.
The kitchen is shared
The second floor bathroom is shared by the 2 rooms in the second floor only.
